During this hands-on class, you’ll prepare a Beef Wellington for two and make a rich red wine gravy to accompany it, all of which you can take home to enjoy. After the cooking is done, sit down and enjoy a pre-prepared Beef Wellington meal communally, served with sides of Potato Dauphinoise and Buttered Kale with Pancetta, followed by a decadent Chocolate Mousse Cake with Chocolate Sauce.
