Price From: £160 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with wine and coffee in the Cookery School, your own filleting knife, apron and recipes to take home as well as some meat!

About: Autumn and winter are the perfect seasons for enjoying the delights of wild game. And from October through to January there’s an abundance of the beautiful full-flavoured healthy lean meat around including pheasant, mallard, partridge and grouse.
We’ll present the very best game we can source, take you through the basics of butchering game and how to make the most of your countryside spoils. Enjoy a fun day with like-minded people and learn a new skill for life! Each student will have their own work station, equipment and ingredients to work with. These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun.
