You will learn to make a classic street food dish that can take you to the streets of Bangkok or Mumbai and back, prepared at your very own individual workstation. Each class focuses on a particular street food, giving the chance to explore new and authentic ingredients in just one hour!
This workshop takes on spicy Chinese classic: Chongqing noodles. Located in one of the hottest areas of China Chongqing is renowned for its spicy food. Learn how to combine these traditional Chinese spices with egg noodles and an unctuous meat soup all topped with fried soy beans and beef.
