About: Get into the Christmas spirit and revive timeless traditions with Blackfriars Restaurant’s Christmas Pudding & Pastry Workshop! In this hands-on session, you'll have the opportunity to craft your very own designer Christmas pudding to take home, ready to be served on the big day. But that’s just the start—this workshop will guide you through a delicious journey of British and European Christmas customs, with plenty of seasonal delights to master.
You'll create a luxurious twist on the classic mince pie, learn to make the perfect German Weihnachtsstollen with marzipan, and bake sweet frangipane mince pies with a stunning bakery finish. To complete your festive experience, enjoy a demo of making Swedish Glögg (mulled wine) paired with Danish Pebernodder cookies—a warm and cozy addition to your Christmas celebration.
