Relax and unwind beneath the night sky with a wood-fired sauna session followed by an optional moonlit swim in the wild waters of Hamsterley Forest.

Each month, under the glow of the full moon, gather in the forest for an evening of warmth, water and deep reset with The Conscious Self.

The full moon is traditionally a time of illumination and release. A moment to celebrate growth, let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

At The Conscious Self, our experiences are designed to reconnect people with nature, stillness and the ancient rhythm of fire and water. Warm your body in the wood-fired sauna, breathe the cool forest air and, if you feel called, take a refreshing wild dip beneath the moonlight.
