Come and join us for Forest Flow, a beautiful day of connecting to nature, our breath, ourselves, and each other.

Join Aaron and Rebecca for a serene, soul-nourishing Forest Flow gathering in the heart of Hamsterley Forest. This is a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and others, and allow the forest to hold you as nature unfolds around you.

Your Forest Flow journey includes:
- Cacao Ceremony
- A gentle opening of the heart, inviting presence and deeper connection with yourself, the group, and the land.
- Nature Meditation & Forest Bathing
- Guiding you into quiet sensory awareness with the trees, earth, and sky.
- Guided Breathwork Session
- Helping regulate the nervous system, soften stress, and bring you back into your body.
- Voice & Sound Bath
-Live instruments and gentle vocal tones creating a space for deep rest, release, and inner stillness.
-Forest Feast

To close, we’ll gather together to share nourishing soup in the forest, grounding the experience and creating space to connect in community.

Please note: as the seasons change and the weather improves, we sometimes move to a different location within the forest, and during the warmer months we may also include an optional wild swim. If this happens, you will be informed in your booking confirmation email and again closer to the date.
