What to expect?

Join The Conscious Self for a relaxing wood-fired sauna experience in the heart of the forest, running every Saturday and on selected Sundays throughout the year.

Woodland Sauna is a chance to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with nature. Surrounded by towering trees, fresh forest air and wild landscape, this experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and let the warmth of the sauna reset both body and mind.

Whether you’re a regular sauna-goer or trying it for the first time, our small group sessions create a calm and welcoming environment where you can unwind, relax and enjoy the powerful combination of heat, fresh air and nature.

Come with friends or come solo, either way you’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded and recharged.

Sauna Sessions
• Small group sessions for a relaxed atmosphere
• Time to move between sauna heat and cool forest air
• Set in a beautiful wild woodland location

Important note:

• Swimwear (best worn underneath your clothing)
• Towel – you must sit on a towel inside the sauna for hygiene
• Water shoes for safely entering and exiting the water
• Flip flops or sandals for moving around the sauna area
• Warm clothing for after your sauna session
• Robe or dry robe (optional but recommended in cooler months)
• Water bottle to stay hydrated
• Optional but nice to bring:
• Hat or extra layers in colder weather
• Journal if you’d like to relax and reflect in nature afterwards

Please wear sturdy footwear, as this is a wild woodland location and the terrain can be uneven.
