Explore a different kind of South East Asian cuisine with a host of mind-blowing Malaysian ingredients that will shake up your weeknight home cooking.
EXPECT RECIPES SUCH AS:
+ Traditional Beef Rendang/Ayam Masak Merah (Red Hot Chicken)
+ Nasi Lemak (Coconut Rice)
+ Nasi Goreng (Malaysian Fried Rice)

For home cooks who want to explore something new. Blackfriars cookery classes are relaxed, informative and fun and are specially designed by our teaching chefs to give you skills and confidence in the kitchen.
So enjoy an alternative night out preparing a delicious, seasonal selection of dishes which you can eat during strategic breaks or simply take home to enjoy in front of the T.V.! All weeknight cookery club sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by friendly chef tutors.

WHAT TO BRING: Aprons can be borrowed though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy. And bring your enthusiasm!
