Everyone loves Mexican cuisine but have you ever wanted to take it a step further than nachos and guacamole and create this vibrant cuisine in the comfort of your own kitchen? Whether it’s enchilada, quesadillas or empanadas, there really is a dish for everyone! Like many other cuisines, the best traditional Mexican food will always be found in the home. Here’s your chance to do the same!

What to Expect?

For home cooks who want to explore something new. Blackfriars cookery classes are relaxed, informative and fun and are specially designed by teaching chefs to give you skills and confidence in the kitchen.

So enjoy an alternative night out preparing a delicious, seasonal selection of dishes which you can eat during strategic breaks or simply take home to enjoy in front of the T.V.! All of weeknight cookery club sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by friendly chef tutors.
