What to expect?
Japanese cuisine offers an exciting variety of seasonal vegetables, seafood and meats which make some of the world’s most iconic ingredients and dishes. Japanese home-cooking uses minimal intervention and just a handful ingredients, allowing the produce at hand to speak proudly for itself.
On this session, you will explore some traditional Japanese techniques and staple ingredients which transform the ordinary into the sensational. Experience the meditation of traditional slow-braising and the quick pace of teriyaki.

+ Kakuni (Sake Braised Pork)
+ Yakitori (Traditional Grilled Chicken)
+ Yakionigiri (Grilled Rice Balls)
+ Chuka Fu (Miso Cabbage Salad)
