Price from: £195.00 which includes learning materials, refreshments throughout the day, bacon butties in the morning, 3-course lunch (including vegetarian options), beer flight, your own t-shirt, 6 bottles of beer to take home and a commemorative St Dominic’s-branded schooner.

About: Enjoy a fun and hands-on day of brewing beer at St Dominic’s Brewery at Blackfriars. Learn the basics of the brewing process with like-minded beginners and enthusiasts with Head Brewer, Ben. The day includes an introduction to brewing and a practical brewing session where you’ll brew 50 to 100 litres of either one of core ranges (Lager, Pale or IPA) or a seasonal special. There’ll be plenty of refreshments, lunch and of course beer to sample! At the end of the day, as well as an information pack, you can also either take home 6 bottles of beer from St Dominic's stocks or return a couple of weeks later for 6 bottles of the actual beer you made on the day. Additional bottles will also be available for purchase.
Please note: Blackfriars may not be able to tell you which beer you’ll be brewing at the time of booking and are unable to take responsibility for the quality of any previously untested brews.

Friends and family are welcome to join the participants for lunch and beer. You can book a table here and Blackfriars recommend a lunch booking at 2pm.
What to wear: please arrive in comfortable clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting a bit messy and wet.
