Lightly prepared with strong aromatics and cutting-edge spices, these dishes are sometimes described as the ‘complicated juggling of disparate components to create a harmonious finish’. So, if you want to know your Toms from your Tams, Yams from your Pads, here’s your chance. Don’t get Thai’d up in knots, come and enjoy a day of fun before preparing your own communal lunch to enjoy with your new friends. These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun.
