Vegetarian Christmas Cookery Class at Blackfriars Restaurant

When: Tuesday 2 December 2025, 6pm - 9pm

Price: £90 per person per evening which includes all your food produce, and meal to take home and simple refreshments during the class.

About:

The Christmas turkey is bought; sausage rolls are made and the smoked salmon is ready to go on the canapes when your nearest and dearest tell you they are turning vegetarian! Don’t worry Blackfriars have you covered. Come and learn how to make some vegetarian Christmas dishes that may even turn the most ardent meat eater.

Expect recipes like:

  • Chicory tart with walnut and pear salad, served with deep-fried blue cheese
  • Pumpkin, goat’s cheese, and fig tart with thyme
  • Vegetarian Wellington
  • Vegetarian gravy
  • Vegetarian haggis
  • Three-chocolates Christmas pudding
