Price From: £160 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with wine, regional beverage and coffee in the Cookery School, your own apron and recipes to take home.

Here’s your chance to explore the rich tapestry of flavours that Vietnam has to offer understanding traditions of the cuisine rely on fresh herbs and vegetables, and complimentary textures. We will learn how to create, cook and present some of the most famous dishes of Vietnam. From Vietnamese Spring Rolls to Spicy Pork & Noodles, this session is not to be missed!
